I am convinced that employees who look
beyond the borders of Germany are much
more open- minded and therefore more
easily integrated into an international and
multi-cultural business environment. The
ability to speak foreign languages is lived
and not just learnt.
My childhood in the Ruhr industrial area of
Germany, gave me a pragmatic, authentic
approach to life based on a constant search for
inspiration: through art and culture, travel and
sports – but above all through an interest in
PEOPLE. I firmly believe in the value of
networking as a basis for finding the special
talents that your company needs.
PEOPLE have always fascinated me – in
particular the stories that make them what
they are.
> Throughout my career I have learnt to
strongly focus on the task in hand and
embrace the customer’s point of view with
empathy, curiosity, and determination.
> I take great pride in adopting a strategic
approach based on patient, active listening
and a clear understanding of the values of a
company before I start my consultancy
work.
> I have been a self-employed entrepreneur
since 2012. After initially supporting a start-
up in the fashion jewellery industry, and
carrying out general advisory and mediation
work, I now focus exclusively on the
placement of personnel.
> I gained professional experience through
setting up an internationally operating office
and building a team responsible for the
worldwide advertising sales out of Germany
and Austria of one of North America's
leading multimedia companies (CNN
International). I also operated as a account
manager for business publications (IHT) and
premium magazines (Condé Nast).
> As a certified marketing specialist and fully-
trained hotel manager, I combined my
passion for different languages, countries
and cultures by training abroad. I witnessed
the reunification of Germany and the
country’s victory in the Soccer World
Championship while I was in Santiago de
Chile working as a management trainee in
the Kempinski Hotel Group. I also underwent
further extensive training at the Hyatt Hotel
in Pittsburgh, PA, USA.
> As a true media junkie, there is not a single
day in my life that does not involve
processing news and information.
I thrive on new professional tasks and
challenges!
